I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering support to adult individuals as well as couples in a relationship. My practice is based on sound experience, extensive training and continuous professional development to provide a wide range of skills to suit your needs.
There can be times in our lives when we struggle to cope. When problems seem too challenging to manage alone. Speaking with family and friends can help, but sometimes the issues we are experiencing are not easy to talk about with the people we know and love.
At the heart of my work is a person-centred ethos which means that my priority is to build a safe, trusting relationship which will enable you to feel truly heard, accepted and understood. This compassionate, empathic approach, in itself, can bring enormous comfort, with a sense of relief, fostering a better understanding of yourself; increase self-acceptance; help you explore choices; build self-belief, enrich your relationships, enhance well-being and become the best version of yourself.

My passionate belief is that everyone has the potential to change their lives in meaningful ways with the right support and conditions.
A bit like a plant needs water, sunlight and food to grow and reach its potential. I work collaboratively in a non-judgemental space where together we explore the best way forward for a happier and healthier you. We can work for a few sessions or over a longer period.
My experience is extensive covering issues including, grief, loss, health anxiety, unexplained sadness, relationship problems, men’s issues, anxiety, divorce, lack of self-esteem, low self-worth, feeling lost, stress.
As well as working with adult individuals, I work with couples and Two’s, where I offer an approach that has successfully supported couples who want to change areas in the relationship where conflict repeatedly occurs and where couples want to find more effective ways of connecting and communicating.

I am passionate about helping you to create balance and become the best versions of yourself, free from stresses of the present, anxieties of the future and burdens of the past.
